Because many of our pieces are one of one, we strongly recommend confirming that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
RETURNS
We hope you love what you have chosen. If your purchase is not quite right, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at terry@basicfrenchmontecito.com.
Returned items must be unused, unlit and in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Candles that have been burned, personalized items, food products and final-sale pieces cannot be returned.

Our vintage vessels have lived lives before reaching us. Small scratches, softened edges, patina and signs of age are part of their history and character—not flaws. We carefully photograph and describe each piece so you can choose with confidence.
DAMAGED ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the item, packaging and shipping box so we can make it right.
ENCORE REFILLS
Customers are responsible for safely packing and shipping their vessels to us for refilling. Please contact us before sending your vessel, and we will provide the appropriate shipping instructions.
