For a good cheese, a little butter, and something worth spreading.
A rustic round wooden board paired with four Lou Laguiole butter and cheese spreaders, with rounded steel blades and grey-tone handles. A thoughtful little gift for anyone who likes to gather around the table.
Handmade from reclaimed Dutch planks once used to dry and age cheese, the board carries the character of its earlier life: knots, knife marks, variations in colour, and traces of the original cheese wax. Its waxed finish adds a gentle sheen.
Included: One reclaimed wooden board and four new Lou Laguiole spreaders.
Dimensions:
Board: approximately 15 inches including the handle × 11 inches wide × ¾ inch thick.
Spreaders: approximately 6¼ inches long each.
Condition: The board has rustic wear and imperfections. Please review the photographs closely for its surface and finish.
Care: For serving, line the board with parchment or butcher paper. Do not use as a cutting board or for raw meat. Do not submerge in water.
Sold together as one gift set.
